Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DentCare ("the Service"), cloud software for managing dental clinics. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your clinic.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your clinic's account, including accounts you create for your staff.

2. Free trial and subscription

New clinics receive a free trial of 14 days. To continue after the trial you must subscribe to a paid plan. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period and are exclusive of applicable taxes. If a subscription is not renewed, access may be suspended; your data is retained for a reasonable period so you can reactivate or export it.

3. Your data

Patient and clinic data you enter belongs to your clinic. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from your patients and for complying with laws applicable to your practice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access another clinic's data, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Clinical responsibility

DentCare is a record-keeping and practice-management tool. It does not provide medical advice; all clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating dentist.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by your clinic in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes and contact
